JSoar 0.11.0 released

Hi there,

I'm happy to announce the release of JSoar 0.11.0. It can be
downloaded from http://jsoar.googlecode.com. The major changes in this
release are documented in the change log

There are two interesting (I think) additions in this release. First,
SoarUnit is a unit testing framework for Soar. It happens to be
compatible with both JSoar and CSoar 9.3.0. More details are available
on the JSoar wiki: http://code.google.com/p/jsoar/wiki/SoarUnit.

Second, JSoar now has embedded scripting support in JavaScript, Ruby
and Python. See http://code.google.com/p/jsoar/wiki/JSoarScripting for
more details.
