From what I can tell, the basic data is stored in the soar
representation and cannot combine the use of referencing with an
external database. It seems to me that the only way to use an ontology
with soar/jsoar is to use java as a buffer between the two (Feeding
new data from the ontology to soar and new soar data to the ontology),
but this would cause two representations of the same data.
