Epmem in JSoar

I'm trying to implement epmem off a jsoar build I made last week, so it should be the latest. However, I notice that most of the commands listed at:
http://code.google.com/p/soar/wiki/cmd_epmem
Don't seem to work. For instance, I can't seem to clear out epmem, or get exclusions.
epmem -i
Error: Unknown option -i

How far does current epmem implementation go? How can I make sure that long-running agents don't overflow their epmem database?
