Folks,

 

This upcoming weekend is the last weekend before pratistha as you know. Attached file has list of most of the pending tasks. From that list I’ve prepared following items that we should be able to take care of this weekend, we plan to meet both Friday 4/22 and Saturday 4/23.

 

Friday 4/23 – 3.00 PM to 7.00 PM 

                We don’t expect most people to be able to come on Friday, but it is day off for some folks and we do have practice for the culture programs in the evening. So swing by if you can, if not, plan for Saturday.

 

Saturday 4/24 – 10.00 AM to 3.00 PM

                This is going to be our usual Saturday gathering.

 

Stuff We Need

1.       If you have Power tool kit (Drill, Screwdriver set etc.) please bring it (and once done remember to take it back).

2.       One of our bookcase broke during the move, so lot of books are still in boxes and I’d like to arrange them neatly. If someone has decent, nice book case AND if you can bring it this weekend please let us know. If not, we will get a new one.

3.       Need volunteer for food for Saturday, or shall we plan on potluck?

Folks,

 

We are less than two weeks away from the beginning of our pratistha ceremony. We as a team has achieved a lot but a lot still needs to be done before we are thru.

 

We have great momentum, energy and participation on all fronts. You can’t ask for a better team!

 

What keeps me up at night past 2 AM these days is what do we still have left to do, so I have tried to compile a master task list of all different departments to gauge where we are and what tasks are still pending. At this point it is almost impossible for anyone of us to compile such a list with 100% accuracy as we don’t have full visibility in to what everyone else is doing but it is critical that we have such a list to avoid any surprises.

 

It would be great if you can,

 

1)      Provide status on tasks you own, try to finish them ASAP.

2)      Let me know of any missing tasks you are working on

3)      Let me know about any discrepancies you find so we can fix them.

 

Notes:

1)      If you see multiple people on the owner’s list, first one is responsible for coordinating between them and finishing the task.

2)      Avoid doing Reply All when possible to minimize email storms, we plan to roll in all updates in next revision.

3)      Every day is now important, we can’t go from weekend to weekend.
