JSNE Youth club needs your help.

Hello Everyone,

Hope everyone's doing great. I am contacting you on behalf of JSNE EC. We have started preparing for the upcoming Pratishtha mohatsav of our new JSNE derasar at Burlington, MA. and we need to start gathering our youth members. Because you have shown interest to participate and help us with pratistha events, I want to send out outlines of mahotsav dates in case you haven't heard through JSNE email.

Our main pratishtha events are scheduled on weekend of May,6th(6-7-8) and we have some rituals to be performed on weekend of 1st May also. Please mark your calendars for these events and also find more details about all the events on JSNE website.

In order to carry out whole pratistha mahotsav successfully and gracefully, JSNE seeks help of youth members of the Sangh. I woulld like to send out this message on behalf of JSNE and need to know who is available and wishing to pitch-in for help during upcoming weekends.

There are variety of logistics involved and tasks that needs to be done before Pratistha, and  JSNE wholeheartedly appreciate your willingness to help in advance. 

Just to give you general overview about logistics involved in this whole project, JSNE EC has determined following areas where we require help from youth:  Vidhi/Rituals, Food (menu/supplies/serving), Accounting/Finance, Hosting/Accomodation, Guest Planning, Invitations/Event Management/WebSite management, Building related, location management (preparing derasar building for the events, parking management, ), Floor management during events, Decoration, Audio/Video, Cultural programs, Procession and many more.

We are very excited for our new Derasar Pratishtha mahotsav and want to make it one of a kind lifetime experience for everyone of us. We are going to start meeting up at Derasar premises starting from Sunday, March 19th and we are expecting your kind presence. You are most welcome to invite your friends and colleagues who may be interested to help and participate.
