NEED HELP on Sat April 9, for Derasar Cleanup, Move-in, Setup - 10.15 AM

Today we got an official Occupancy permit for our new Derasar. This is an excellent news. 
 
With that we have series of pre-pratishtha events lined up.  First of these events is on Sat April 9, 10:15 AM:  Derasar Cleanup, Move-in and setup.

We need many people to come in and help out.  We are requesting all volunteers to come for this event, we will provide lunch.
 
We are also requesting people to bring their minivans for moving items from our Storage to Derasar.  
 
We will setup 3-4 cleaning teams and moving teams.  We have cleaning supply but as we will have 3-4 teams cleaning, it will be helpful if you can bring in vaccum cleaner and good clean mop.
 
Please let me know if you can make it to this event.
 
Timeline for these activities,

• Volunteers to show up at Derasar at 10:15 AM, We will build cleaning teams and asssign tasks for each area of the Derasar. 
• We will start cleaning activities at 10.30 AM sharp
• Lunch will be served at 12.30 PM
• Around 1.15 - 1.30 PM  Move/Loading Minivans at Woburn Storage, we will go to Public Storage in Woburn and empty out our temporary storage and bring all items to our Derasar in our minivans.
• 2.15 PM, unload minivans /setup all items in appropriate room.
