The LSA Institute 2025 – a five-week linguistics fest in Eugene, Oregon -- is now just three weeks away! Regular registration has closed, but it’s not too late to join us — we’re still accepting registrations here:
Also, LSA Institute 2025 is now offering eight virtual or hybrid workshops. If you're unable to travel to Eugene, Oregon for the in-person Institute, don't miss this opportunity.The lineup of virtual and hybrid courses is listed below or can be viewed here by selecting the "Offered virtually" option in the left column.
Registration is here. Although the regular registration deadline has passed, the late registration rate will NOT apply to virtual workshops.

Registration is now open for the LSA Linguistic Institute in Eugene, OR. We have over 80 courses by faculty from around the world, spread over two 2.5-week terms (July 7-22, and July 24-August 8th). Plus 8 exciting co-located conferences and workshops on topics ranging from Computation in Linguistics, to Usage-based Phonology, to Community-based Sociolinguistics, to Himalayan and Northwest American Indigenous Languages, as well as a variety of hands-on tutorials, advising opportunities, and reading groups.
