pyjsiocompile breaks setuptools

hei guys
when i did easy_install pyjsiocompile it gave me the following output and broke my setuptools

Comment out the install_requires for distribute in setup.py, then reinstall. The tests won't run but pyjsiocompile should work then. I'll look into actually fixing the problem and committing.
