compiling for node

Hey folks,

I've been experimenting with compiling for node (broken right now). It
looks like at least part of the problem is that we don't check the
preloaded source in the implementation of getModuleSourceAndPath for
node. I'm going to add that and see how it goes. I'll post if I can
get that working.

On a somewhat related note, can anyone (Jacob?) verify for me that
jsio.env.node.csp.server is in working shape? I'd like to tag a
version of jsio with a working compiler. Then we shall refactor
mercilessly.

Finally: good times! It was great to meet in person those of you that
I hadn't met before. Thanks also to the people of the Red Hat for
hosting us and lending us their time and energy. I think we made some
good progress this weekend, and it isn't all apparent in the commit
logs.
