Good morning,
I need a great deal of help as I am not a coder, I don't know anything about java but I am highly skilled with computers as I am a desktop technician.
Basically I have these documents that are PDFs that need to have signatures placed in a specific location, they are the same size (24x36).
So yesterday I played around with what was possible and I came up with the start of my script here below:
java -jar jsignpdf.jar -kst WINDOWS-MY "C:\Example.pdf" -d "C:\Signed\*.pdf"
It is extremely basic in nature but I need to modify it greatly to include the following:
Prompt user for location of file(s) to be signed. Select which files need to be signed by specifying entire folder or single file.
Prompt for output location.
Append created digital signature with password to same location on every pdf.
Ask to sign entire document or certain pages.
This was thrust upon me in hopes that I could find a better way to automate the signing of hundreds of pdfs so that my customers don't have to open each file individually in the case of several things needing signed.
If however they need to edit just one page they can open that no problem.
If anybody is willing to help me figure this one out I would more than appreciative of it $.
