Problem w/ JSignPdf v1.6.4 WINDOWS-MY keystore

Hi,

Currently using JSignPdf (v1.6.4)  w/ embedded JRE on Windows Vista for a specific user. 

We're having problem w/ the WINDOWS-MY keystore. 

The error that pops up says that the "keystore was not loaded successfully check the keystore type, path and password are valid." when pressing Load Keys. 

The user has local administrative rights and is Active Directory user.

We should use v1.6.4 for compatibility w/ the timestamp provider.

The token is valid because he could sign through a web based 

document management system.

Any ideas  of how to solve this?

Please check if you are using the 32bit version of Java 8.

It's the embedded Java.

C:\Program Files (x86)\JSignPdf\jre\bin>java -version

openjdk version "1.8.0_181"

OpenJDK Runtime Environment (Zulu 8.31.0.1-win32) (build 1.8.0_181-b02)

OpenJDK Client VM (Zulu 8.31.0.1-win32) (build 25.181-b02, mixed mode)

But there is also Java 1.6.0_45 installed

C:\Program Files (x86)\JSignPdf\jre\bin>cd \

C:\>java -version

java version "1.6.0_45"

Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_45-b06)

Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.45-b01, mixed mode)
