Dear Residents,

This is to inform you about the upcoming cleaning schedule for the sump and overhead water tanks at our apartment. To ensure optimal water quality and hygiene, the cleaning will be carried out. 

Sump and Overhead Tank Cleaning Schedule:

• Start Time : Tuesday, 1st July 2025 10:00 AM
• End Time : Tuesday, 1st July 2025 2:00 PM

During the cleaning process, we will stop the water supply. We advise all residents to store sufficient water in advance to meet your needs during the cleaning process. It's recommended to store enough water for drinking, cooking, and other essential uses. The cleaning is expected to take approximately 3-4 hours. We will restore the water supply as soon as the cleaning is completed.

We had to cancel this maintenance schedule due to issues with the service quality provided by vendor. We will check with other vendor and reschedule this maintenance to a later date.
Water supply is resumed now.
