JS Harmony APT - Security Observation – Increased Movement in Certain Flats

Dear Residents,

This is to inform you that our security team has observed a noticeable increase in the number of unfamiliar individuals frequently entering and exiting a few specific flats within the society.

While this may be for genuine reasons and we understand guests and visitors are part of normal residential life, we advise all residents to remain observant and mindful of such activity. As a precautionary measure, the society will be reaching out to the concerned flat owners directly and communicate  observations to ensure everything is in order.

Please note that it is the flat owner's responsibility to ensure that the occupancy and movement within their premises adhere to society guidelines and do not pose any inconvenience or security concerns to other residents. The Association cannot be held responsible for issues arising from individual flat-related matters.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain the safety and well-being of our community. Should you notice any suspicious activity, please do not hesitate to report it to the committee.
