EMERGENCY MEETING TOMORROW AT 8:00 PM

Dear Residents,

We are conducting an emergency meeting tomorrow at 8:00 PM. It is very critical and high priority one. Every resident attendance is mandatory. We require the owner or his representive either from their family or can nominate their residing tenant. Failing which we left with no option than dissolving the Association.

Dear Residents,

We would like to thank each one of you who attended this critical emergency meeting on 22nd Jan 2025 and provided your valuable stand on "subject : Regarding Mr. Satheesh Chandran petition". To get legal opinion, it took some time for us to communicate the agreed decision.

1. It has been agreed by all residents that further proceedings on this topic will only be handled legally and provided your acceptance to appoint an appropriate legal team.
2.  Please see attached reply that will be submitted to Ramamurthy nagar Police Station tomorrow between 12 PM to 1 PM. (Supporting documents such as Collective decision MoMs, financial statements, quotations of various works undertaken will be attached). 
3. To show your support, WE REQUEST ALL RESIDENTS TO JOIN US Tomorrow at 12 PM either at apartment premises or directly at Ramamurthy Nagar Police Station to submit the reply' and get acknowledgement from the Police.

Please Note : Since a copy of the petition is not provided to us either by Police or by Petitioner, current clarification is purely based on the conversation with the police personnel.
