Dear Residents,

The AGM meeting is scheduled for February 9th, 2025 at 7:00 PM. We regret to notify this at a short notice, with the current circumstances all financial payments are pending and it should be conducted as early as possible.

1. Sharing Financial Statements
2. Elect New Office Bearers / Explore Outsourcing
3. ByLaws Amendment
4. Security Agency Selection
5. Lift replacement and licensing updates
6. Renovate rooms on terrace for resident community usage
7. Terrace cleaning

Dear Residents,

We wanted to express our gratitude for attending the meeting on 9th Feb 2025. Meeting attendance and financial statements are attached.


Please find the MOM

  1. With recent circumstances, residents didn't come forward and provided the willingness to take up office bearer roles as required. We will explore options to outsource a third party to perform maintenance tasks for our apartment complex, the cost of monthly maintenance is expected to increase due to additional outsourcing costs. Until a final decision is made, members of the earlier dissolved committee will provide their support and ensure continuity of essential services of the apartment.
  2. Financial statements from 1st Oct 2023 to 31st Dec 2024 have been published.
  3. To engage a legal team to review current ByLaws and make amendments incase of gaps according to the Government standing act.
  4. New security agencies are quoting high charges, and we can't opt in their services without increasing current maintenance. As an interim solution, we will continue with the current agency services with a proportionate raise that is feasible and demand for improved services.
  5. Lift replacement and licensing updates are provided.
  6. It is decided to renovate rooms on the terrace for resident community usage.
  7. Few residents have dumped their unused materials on the terrace. A notice will be sent out to residents and displayed on the notice board to remove or cleanup or reclaim their materials. We will remove and dispose off the leftover materials if residents don't respond within the timeline provided and cleanup the terrace.
