Dear Residents,

An Annual General Meeting (AGM) is planned for July 13, 2025 at 7:00 PM. We kindly request all owners to attend the meeting. If you are unable to attend, please consider sending a representative (family member) on your behalf.
Important decisions will be made, so we encourage everyone to participate and share your valuable suggestions and feedback.

We request residents to embrace their responsibilities as members by taking ownership of suitable office bearer roles. This includes actively participating in community initiatives and contributing to a clean and safe environment.

1. Elect New Association Members / Office Bearers
2. Kaveri water connection
3. Building Painting
4. Terrace rooms makeover and utilization
5. Sharing Financial Statements

Following residents have volunteered and are willing to dedicate their time and effort to support the association’s initiatives.

New association members will assume responsibility effective 1st Oct 2025.

2.       Kaveri Water Connection

It is agreed by all residents present in the meeting to apply for Kaveri water connection. Association will initiate the application and coordinate with the relevant department. Association will obtain an official estimate from the concerned authority for the connection process.

3.       Building Painting

The residents agreed to proceed with painting the building. The association will invite quotations from multiple vendors for the work.

4.       Terrace rooms makeover and utilization

The residents agreed that the terrace rooms will be renovated. The usage or purpose of these rooms will be decided later after further discussion.

5.       Sharing Financial Statements

Presented the financial statements for the period April 2024 to June 2025. The report included a summary of income, expenditures, and account balances during this period.

6.       Kids Play area

Quotations will be invited for renovating the kids play area.
