reference a class thru JSFL

Hope the subject wasn't too confusing.

I'm creating a .fla with JSFL adding functionality and what not.
The .fla that will be created will be in AS3, Flash 9.
I have a class that I need to add in the Document Class properties in
the .fla that will be created.
How can I add this? should this be done in the actions layer or is
there another simple way?
