Broke the dependency to MyFaces HTML by providing
MXMLAttributeConstants. Broke the dependency to MyFaces
HtmlResponseWriterImpl and HtmlResponseStateManager by creating the
MXMLResponseStateManagerImpl and
MXMLResponseWriterImpl java files during build time and having
MXMLJsfFactory load them during runtime.
During this week, will work on modifying the pom.xml to add in
additional JSF implementations.
