Made check-in to break dependency of tomahawk + tomahawk-sandbox and added dojo 1.1.1 during build

Recently made the check-in to break the dependency to tomahawk +
tomahawk-sandbox project by providing our own specific filter. Over
the weekend I will clean up the code, implement it better, and write a
wiki page regarding JsfFlexResource and JsfFlexDojoResource, which
will allow generation of javascript files as separate calls as script
elements.

Also, have added the dojo 1.1.1 version during the build process.
Since dojo's version is picked up through maven and extracted by it,
it should be easy to migrate to a later version, unless dojo has a
huge transformation like they did from 0.4 to 0.9 version [is it
earlier than 0.9, forgot].
