Created the plug-in to generate mxmlRenderkit.xml

Just wanted to say that a plug-in was created to generate
mxmlRenderkit.xml. However since there exists issues of Qdox parsing
Java annotations, there does exist a hack where it always reads the
javaDocs from component14 project.

I think in the later weeks I will write an one additional plug-in to
generate the componentValueMapper.xml by inspecting the Java files.

Anyway, I think the current code is still good to be reviewed.
