How to Run Multiple Folders Export Single .md File

Hello,

Currently, https://github.com/jsdoc2md/jsdoc-to-markdown 

This helps export single file into .md but I need to run jsdoc and export single .md file. Is that possible? So I each time I make update to any file inside any of the folders I can run the script, it'd update the .md file in the main directory therefore my repo readme file is updated as well...
