How to disable certain features when compiling

Hi guys,

I wanto disable some of JSDB features that I don't use such as: HTTP, Mail, few others. What files should I changes when compiling the jsdb?

Note: I'm compiling on Ubuntu Linux.

Take a look at jsdb.h.

There's already a facility for disabling many features with #define
JSDB_MINIMAL.

HTTP is tricky because it's tightly integrated into Stream, which is in
rs/wrap_stream.cpp
