I am struggling to understand how to use JScut. Please give me some direction

I am trying to make a plate for the bottom of my spindle (just as a first project).  The plate has five holes on the left side to attach to the spindle and the right side has three holes to attacha vacuum line.  I did the SVG in Inkscape and probobly didn't do it right, but I am not able to generate tool paths from this drawing.  If there are those among you that have been this new, please help me understand what I need to do.  When I load this file into JSCut, I am not able generate any tool paths.    Any help would be greatly appriciated.
