Inkscape 0.92 release notes (from 2017):

"The default resolution was changed from 90dpi to 96dpi, to match the
CSS standard."

I understand JScut isn't being actively maintained, but it is a nice tool for those of us getting started with a hobby CNC and this simple change could save us a lot of time and frustration. The default resolution should be changed to 96, and the mouseover updated to indicate that 96 is the correct value for Inkscape.
