Inkscape to jscut line and unwanted fill-question

Hi,

I'm trying to create a workpath for CNC engraving from a drawing that I converted to a path in inkscape. In inkscape, I have a non filled line which is what I want to engrave. However when I open the SVG in JSCUT large areas become filled.

Anyone with an idea how to solve this?
