Accuracy in jscut

I sketch 3 holes in a graphic program in metric. I imported into inkscape all metric settings. I brought .svg file into jscut with all metric settings. I created the gcode and saved it. I looked at the output and the math worked out to what I wanted for size and spacing. I cut the 3 holes and the are about 5mm instead of 6.35 and the spacing is less than I wanted by about a 1/3. Anything i'm missing?

Are you saying you looked at the output (the gcode) and it worked out? Then obviously not a problem with jscut, must be your cnc settings. If you want to post your svg and gcode I'd look at it.
