Roughning and finishing toolpath

Hello
I really like the ease of use JScut provides.
I'm able to generate a rough tool path with a big end mill to clean up large areas. But I wonder how I can clean up only the small spots where the bigger tool couldn't get to. (tight corners and spaces)
I know there is no option for two different tools but there might be a workaround with the settings to do it with two separate tool paths but I don't know how.

Maybe a Cut inside Path with the same drawing?
