Dear All,

We need to plan FDP after the term end.

This time the theme may be  enhancing lab outcomes

Lab work is the only area where there is proper contact with students.

The creative skills can be only enhanced if students are given an opportunity to perform and question the processes.

A study shows that students come out with brilliant ideas when they perform experiments.

In view of the declining admissions to engineering it is necessary to attract students to our campuses. With online lectures and quality course work available online we need to strengthen our labs as this facility is not available online to the fullest extent.

As student are in small group Faculty Interaction Activity (FIA) with students can be enhanced and the GFM activity can be done simultaneously.

These are some of my thoughts we may discuss on how we can implement the same.
