Dear All,
The Birthday of Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, former Prime Minister of India will be observed as “Good Governance Day”. All AICTE approved Institutions are hereby informed to celebrate this day by organising events related to use of Technology and Innovation in promoting Good Governance and a competition on Oratory skills (Bhaashan Shailee)
However, it is clarified that the program may be organized on any day before 25th December 2014 since all educational institutions will remain closed for Christmas.
Three prizes are to be distributed to the winners of the oratory competition. The prizes will be as under:
First Prize : Rs.15,000/-
Second Prize : Rs.10,000/-
Third Prize : Rs. 5,000/-
Similarly three prizes of the same amount may also be given to the persons who give new ideas in the seminar on Use of Technology and Innovations in promoting Good Governance.
I would request you to observe the Good Governance Day and mail a compliance report regarding observance of ‘Good Governance Day’ and on holding oratory competition in your institute.
