Announcing jsclass 4.0 and jstest 1.0

Hi everyone,

Yesterday I shipped a major update to the JS.Test library, breaking it out of jsclass and into its own package. The new package now supports pluggable reporters and comes with a lot of output formats and runner adapter s baked in.
