Regarding the status of FBC Version 3

Hi all,

I am currently working on the Systems Biology Simulation Core Library (SBSCL) as a GSoC 2020 student. I am working on adding the support of FBC V3 to SBSCL. Now, as SBSCL is based on JSBML for which I would require the functionalities of FBC V3 from JSBML.

So, my question is that is JSBML currently compatible with the FBC V3?
