Dear all,

When migrating from the previous SVN-based repository on SourceForge to GitHub, the project history it has become apparent that the revision history needs a clean-up. Some users who contributed code are not correctly listed on the contributor's page; others are registered with multiple varying e-mail addresses, making it difficult to track who committed which part of the code.

Just now shortly after the recent release of JSBML, the time is right to clean up this history. Please note, however, that this may require users who work directly on a clone of the master branch to execute a rebase later on. More information will follow. There will be no change for end-users. The change will be performed within one week from now.

Thank you for working with JSBML and for your understanding and patience.

With best regards
