Q: How are New York programs reacting to the ability to offer “Non motorized boat use and rentals...”
A: The WaterFront Center in Oyster Bay NY began offering rentals of paddle boards and kayaks on May 22, and is seeking guidance to confirm that sailboat rentals may also be included. Can this non motorized boat guideline also now permit limited youth sailing such as five Optis with one instructor in a coach boat?
