The main resource for disinfection is the CDC guide at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/reopen-guidance.html  that clarifies the distinction between cleaning and disinfecting.

It recommends that most surfaces and objects will just need normal routine cleaning. But frequently touched surfaces and objects will need to be cleaned and then disinfected to further reduce the risk of germs on surfaces and objects.

To disinfect, use an EPA-approved disinfectant on List N. If an EPA-approved disinfectant is unavailable, you can use 1/3 cup of bleach added to 1 gallon of water, or 70% alcohol solutions to disinfect.

A few pointers about using the EPA List N: you can use the "new information tool" on the list page to filter for characteristics like contact time, such as under 5 minutes, and then select from the results that include a few with 1 minute or less contact times. These include various products with hydrogen peroxide, or sodium hypochlorite, and alcohol. And you may also note the formulation: RTU (ready to use spray), dilutable. or wipes.
