Subject: IEEE CIS Outstanding PhD Dissertation Award - Nomination solicitation

Dear TC Chairs,

This is to inform you that the call for nomination for the IEEE CIS Outstanding PhD Dissertation Award is now open and will end on April 30. 

This award recognizes outstanding Ph.D. dissertations that have contributed to the advancement of the theory and/or applications of computational intelligence.

Prize: $1,000 prize and Certificate.

Eligibility: All PhD dissertations in theory and/or applications of computational intelligence for which the PhD degree has been granted up to the fourth year (included) prior to the calendar year when the recipient of the award is selected are eligible. For the current round of competition, all PhD dissertations completed in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 will be eligible for consideration.
