A new treeutil module and Python to JavaScript

Hi
This weekend I'll make treeutil.py (based on my earlier astutil.py) that will I think make py2js much easier. For example last night I coded up a nested list indenter (nested lists to list of indented lines) in about 10 to 15 lines of code.
As it's likely to be of use beyond py2js I'll do this work in a new repository on BitBucket.
