JTD reports paths with invalid "/test" prefix

I'm noticing that when jsTestDriver reports an error, it's always prefixing the path name with "/test", even if that's not part of the path.

For instance, here's an excerpt from a message:

    error loading file: /test/src/main/webapp/js/profiling/yahoo-profiling.min.js:24: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'prototype' of undefined

There is no "test" directory here.  The file is in "src/main/webapp/...".
