My sql is generated in one long line.
I guess js-code-prettifier is just colour-coding, not wrapping and indenting, it seems.
Is any other js available to do that?

Correct. The prettifier just adds styles. I don't know of JS
reformatting libraries for SQL I'm afraid.
You can get some generic wrapping by adding CSS like
white-space:pre-warp but that's not going to indent lines the way a
language-aware code editor would
