aac stream and the audio tag

i've to create a web audio player that plays aac stream on all the browsers. I've succeeded in developing an HTML5 player with a fallback flash player that can play aac stream. But on android browsers neither HTML5 nor flash can play acc stream. advanced android browsers(4 and above) can play only mp3 streams. can anybody help? tnx in advance

You need to transcode with ffmpeg on the backend.
