The Audio Tag

First up, thanks for creating this group. Hopefully it will grow into
something useful for a lot of people.

I have been experimenting with the audio tag on my site, and it seems
to me that the current [audio] tag implementation is very good at
embedding long-form audio files (podcasts, songs, etc), but almost
useless for short sound-effects (gunshots in a game, the "click" of a
button, etc). This limits its usefulness in what I was trying to
achieve.
