You know, I always try and think of something to 'title' my post and usually all I can think of is something that has the word 'update' in it-lol. My creative juices are really going in that dept!
Hudson is home today from school because he has been sick all weekend. He has a mild fever and a cold. I thought maybe his fever was gone because he seemed to be doing better this morning, but no...it popped up again this afternoon. So we are just hanging out at home trying to get him better. The twins have absolutely no signs of being sick, so that is good. I have been getting over a cold and I am not feeling anything new and Jayson seems good too. So hopefully Hudson will feel better soon. Hudson started getting sick Friday night in the middle of the night and we didn't sleep from 1am-on. Hopefully we will get caught up with sleep one of these days!
I had my 29-30 week appt this last Friday and the baby is doing great. I am a fingertip dilated so I will be checked for dilation every time I go in now. The good news is that I am not effaced at all yet, so my dr is going to be keeping a close eye on me. I have been having tons of contractions on a daily basis and so I am supposed to notice my triggers and avoid them. I started dilating with the twins at about 31 weeks, so my dr is curious to see what I do this time. I am just thinking positively. Bedrest is NOT an option-too much to do and 3 little boys :). So send some positive non-bedrest vibes my way-LOL.
Jayson has been driving a car that his dad gave us a couple of years ago and after weighing options to get it fixed again, or just get something else, we decided to get something else and pass the car along. We were very lucky to not have a second car payment for the last couple of years. The kids were sad to see 'doc' go, but we are loving our new car. I keep saying that I am going to need to upgrade my minivan now! I am sooo jealous ;)
We got a tiny bit of Christmas shopping done this weekend and my Christmas projects are almost half done. The kids are doing well being in separate bedrooms, except the twins are waking up in the middle of the night sort of randomly and they both do it during the night. I might try and just keep them separated for naps and try having them sleep together at night again. I have no idea. We are stumped and it is frustrating when we are trying to feel better around here especially.
I hope you are having a great Monday!

Jayson and Hudson. Hudson was SO not feeling good and did not want to be outside at all. So we made him be in a pic. He wasn't too happy about it...
