Getting JResearch to work with PHP 8?

My work plans to switch all their Plesk servers to PHP 8 and I am trying to get JResearch to work with it. I'm not a php programmer, though I am trying

Currently, my problem is

I expect I will have an issue with each foreach loop.

Any suggestions?
