Publications missing JResearch 3.2

I know, I'm behind. I installed JResearch 3.2 and my publications aren't showing up in the backend, or on the page from their menu. They appear on individual staff pages. I've looked back in the discussions and have set the "Published on year(s)" to 0 (zero). I'm running Joomla 3.7.4 and php 5.6.31.

Any other suggestions?

Hi,

It seems to be a database problem. Could you send me (in private) a database dump of your J!Research tables?

I think I dropped the ball on this. I will send you a data dump shortly. Not all my publications are appearing. I've cleared the caches. http://www.mgh-ita.org/publications.html

My canonical site is still running 3.0, so this is a new problem, sorry.

So the site seems to not work jresearch_publication_research_area, but if I delete an pub, it seeks that table. Meanwhile, the overarching issue with the pubs not displaying may have been sh404sef not refreshing. I am so terribly sorry.
