White page on backend with JRESEARCH

I can install the last package of Jresearch 3.2 with no problem.

But when I want to open the composant Jresearch on the backend, I have a white page.

My configuration is :

Joomla 3.9.1

Database Type     mysql
Database Version     5.6.39-log
Interclassement     utf8mb4_general_ci
Version de PHP     7.2.12
Serveur web     Apache

I suppressed .htacces and SEF but no result.

Do you have an idea of the problem ?

Dear Stéphanie,

Thanks for your interest in J!Research. Could you enable the errors in your php.ini configuration file, restart your server, and send me the error message? The white screen happens because the program is crashing but the display of errors is disabled.
