My site went finally went live. We had a fqdn change and Plesk created a new directory structure. My colleague moved the files and the database over to the new directory. Now, with the plugin_jresearch_search turned on, the site throws this error. Has anyone seen this before, and if so, what is the solution?

1191 Can't find FULLTEXT index matching the column list SQL=SELECT DISTINCT p.id as id, '' AS metadesc, p.keywords AS metakey, p.title AS title, 'Publication' AS section, p.created AS created, '2' AS browsernav, CONCAT_WS(' ', p.abstract) AS text FROM dl9a3_jresearch_publication p LEFT JOIN dl9a3_jresearch_all_publication_authors AS apa ON p.id = apa.pid LEFT JOIN dl9a3_jresearch_publication_keyword pk ON p.id = pk.id_publication WHERE p.published = 1 AND p.internal = 1 AND (MATCH(pk.keyword) AGAINST (' +gazelle' IN BOOLEAN MODE) OR MATCH(title, abstract) AGAINST (' +gazelle' IN BOOLEAN MODE) OR apa.member_name LIKE '%gazelle%') ORDER BY p.year DESC, p.created DESC LIMIT 0, 50

Solved my own problem. The version of phpmyadmin on the server I am using (4.6.0) did not export Primary keys. When it the dump file was uploaded to the production database nothing had keys. Fortunately, Plesk's export and import dump functions worked correctly.
