Optimizing Connection - (a) minimize fencing by using thread local
protocol handlers.

Retried/Depracted Connectors:

1 - Problem child JRedisService is retired for posterity. Use a
connection
pool of JRedisClients instead. (May add this later; for now, roll your
own).

2 - JRedisPipelineService is (for now) also retired. Need to think a
bit about this.
