temp branch switch on github repo (RC2) and JRedis 1.0

Hi all,
Prepping for RC2 to get 1.2.n out of the way so we can push the client
for Redis 2.0.
Default branch on the github repo is temporarily switched to 1.2.n
branch. We will not get monitor in this release. And completion of
the distribution extension may have to wait after the new API for
Redis 2.n support is implemented. Retofitting should not be an
issue.
The goal is for JRedis 1.0 to have complete support for Redis 1.2.n,
so your help in pointing out omissions is appreciated.
