Hi JRebirth People,

I'm looking for a decent JavaFX Desktop like framework. I get the sense that JRebirth might be able to help me, but for the life of me i cant work out how to get any of your demos working or really get a feel for what features are on offer to quickly evaluate its benefits.

There may be good a really good product hidden under there somewhere but most people will never know.

Thanks,
Jason

Hi Jason,

I know that JRebirth is not enought documented (due to a lack of time and to the dilemma newFeature vs doc)

So let me help you, which demo are your trying to build/launch ?

As I plan to make some tutorial videos in the days that come, let me know what you need !

Did you watch this one : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X-tm-bj49KY

It describes how to build the skeleton of your application in seconds.

Then you can browse slides of the JRebirth Tour here: http://fr.slideshare.net/SbastienBordes/javafx-unleashed-with-jrebirth-application-framework

It describes how JRebirth works internally.

You can run it by downloading the right jar/exe here:  http://apps.jrebirth.org/jaf/2.2.0-SNAPSHOT/
