JRebirth Git and IRC Channel Update

I have a feature for connecting both JRebirth Git and IRC Channel Update

If we activate the JR Git hook to post activities into IRC channel it will be way good to get live update of repo.

We can do such thin to many other like twitter if git supports one.

GitHub & Jenkins are currently pushing notifications to IRC channel #jrebirth and @JRebirthTeam twitter account :D

Note the twitter account has been renamed from @JRebirth_Team

Moreover, all mailing activities are sent tot twitter.
