drop_receiving_element_js - not quite a drop-in replacement

This just took me nearly an hour to figure out :(
the :accept option didn't have a . in front of it when I was using it
with prototype.
With jquery it requires a period (css class operator)
I think it would be useful to put this in the documentation somewhere!
Or maybe even just add a period if one is missing?
